We would like to invite your child to participate in Bayview’s Term Four Lunchtime Music Recital Series.
Our lunchtime music recitals are a structured, yet informal, opportunity for students of all ages and stages to perform to a supportive audience including friends, teachers, parents and grandparents. Recitals are held at lunchtime, 12.30pm, in the Music room.
We encourage all Bayview music students from K-6 to participate by preparing an unaccompanied solo performance of 1-2minutes. The piece/s chosen should be something that students have worked on at home and with their music tutor.
Our students are all at different points on their musical journeys - some students will only have been playing for a few months whilst others will have been playing for some years. The benefits of students performing are many and varied: this is an opportunity for ALL students to refine a piece of music, develop skill, cope with performance jitters in a supportive environment and develop confidence!

Students in Years 2, 3 and 4 should avoid signing up for the performance on Thursday 2 November due to excursions.
